How To - Reconfirming a Reservation


Host App Users can confirm that customers still require their bookings on the Enter Guest Details window. After securing a customer’s confirmation (typically via a phone call) you can select the Reconfirm button on the Enter Guest Details window to record that fact on the system. This is particularly useful for large parties, or busy days so you can reduce the amount of no-shows.



Once reconfirmed, a date and timestamp will be shown on the guest form.

You can reconfirm as many times as you want and the date will always show the latest reconfirmed timestamp.



The Reconfirmed message will also be displayed in the Notes sections of Waitlist and Reservation tabs..
